Do you have a consultation fee?

Guardian Building Group will come out and speak with you about your renovation free of charge, creating a full renovation plan and providing you with a free quote.

What is your payment structure?

Prior to beginning any job, a deposit of 20% is required. As the renovation continues and progresses, additional payments will be required, which are in line with the amount of work completed. A final payment of 10 percent is collected only once the renovation is complete and the customer is satisfied.

Do you do custom kitchens?

How will I be updated on the progress of the renovation?

Guardian Building Group prides themselves on excellent communication, so that the client never feels out of the loop. Everyday during the renovation an update will be provided on what work was completed, and the next steps for the job.

Are you insured?

Yes. Guardian Building Group is fully insured to give you piece of mind.

How long does a typical project take?

This depends on the scope of the project. Turnaround time for main floor renovations averages 6-8 weeks, bathrooms are around 4-6 weeks and Basements are approximately 6-8 weeks for completion.

Who is responsible for getting the necessary permits?

Guarding Building Group will obtain all permits required for a job.

Do you offer warranty?

Guardian Building Group provides a 2 year warranty on labour. Warranty for Materials are that of the manufacturer.
